We build local-first desktop applications, on-device machine learning algorithms, and zero-knowledge software. This Privacy Policy governs personal data, operational business telemetry, financial ledgers, location records, student assessment data, and electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) across our software platforms.

1. OxynEMR: Healthcare Data Sovereignty & HIPAA

Zero-Knowledge Offline-First Medical Records

100% Offline Encrypted Storage: Under the Standalone Offline tier, all patient demographics, bedside vitals, diagnoses, and WhatsApp e-prescriptions are stored locally inside the embedded AES-256 encrypted database. Zero clinical data or patient records ever leave your clinic workstations.

Local Cryptographic Licensing: Licenses are validated cryptographically on-device using asymmetric Ed25519 digital signatures. No internet ping or telemetry is dispatched during clinical consultations.

HIPAA Security & DPDP Act 2023: Incorporates technical safeguards equivalent to HIPAA Security Rule standards (access control, immutable audit trail, biometric workstation locks, and SHA-256 certificate pinned TLS 1.3 for hybrid sync).

2. CoynLedger: SME Financial Data Privacy

Offline ERP & On-Device Predictive Machine Learning

Local Double-Entry Ledger: All customer balances, supplier invoices, inventory valuations, and profit & loss records are stored in your local encrypted database. Techken Technologies has zero access to your accounting books.

11 Predictive AI Models On-Device: All predictive models (Udhaar Credit Risk scoring, Circular Debt Hawala resolution, Reorder forecasting, Fraud interception, and Churn detection) execute 100% locally on your machine. Your trade secrets, profit margins, and supplier pricing are never transmitted to any cloud AI service.

GST & e-Way Bill Data: Invoices generated for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, or e-Way bill JSON export are compiled locally on your machine for direct submission by the merchant or their Chartered Accountant to the official GST Portal.

3. Streetil & Streetil Business: Hyperlocal Privacy

Location Privacy, Storefront Catalogs & Direct 0% Commission UPI

Location Permissions (Streetil Consumer App): The Streetil consumer app uses coarse and fine GPS location exclusively to display proximate neighborhood shops, rental providers, and service appointments within your immediate neighborhood. Your real-time background location is never tracked or logged when the app is closed.

Merchant Catalog & KYC (Streetil Business App): Merchant business names, storefront photos, product catalogs, rental rates, and service schedules are published strictly for consumer discovery. Payout bank accounts and UPI IDs are processed directly via verified NPCI payment rails without intermediary custodial escrow.

Zero Monetization of Customer Orders: Techken does not sell, trade, or analyze your consumer shopping history or delivery addresses to third-party ad networks or data brokers.

4. Coyn: Personal Finance & SMS Privacy

100% Private On-Device Transaction Parsing & Local Storage

SMS Read Permissions: The Coyn Android app requests SMS read permissions strictly to identify automated bank transactional debit and credit alerts on-device. Personal SMS, OTPs, or private chat messages are completely ignored and never processed.

On-Device Private Storage: All transactions, monthly budgets, and custom category tags are stored in local private data files on your device.

Local Background AI Processing: Statistical models (time-series expense forecasting, safe-to-spend limits, and anomaly detection) execute entirely on-device in background threads without network transmission.

5. Payirvy: Student Assessment & Educational Privacy

Student DPDP Act 2023 & Offline Caching

Student Profile Protection: Payirvy stores candidate exam progress, mock scores, topic speed-vs-accuracy metrics, and subject weaknesses strictly to personalize revision. Student scores are never sold or rented to educational advertisers.

Offline Local Test Engine: Question banks, formula reference cards, and active exam attempts are cached securely on your local device, enabling uninterrupted offline mock examinations.

Secure Payment Processing: Razorpay processes test pack purchases via PCI-DSS compliant direct gateways. Techken does not store debit card, credit card, or net banking credentials.

6. Security Safeguards Across All Services

Across all Techken software products and web platforms, we employ enterprise-grade security standards:

End-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption with certificate fingerprint validation for all remote API communications.
Statutory compliance under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act 2023) and GDPR.
Zero sale, rental, or commercialization of customer behavioral data or user identities.
PCI-DSS Level 1 certified billing gateways (Razorpay) for all subscription transactions.

7. Data Retention & Permanent Ownership

Because our flagship platforms (OxynEMR, CoynLedger, Coyn, Payirvy) utilize local-first architectures, your data resides under your direct physical custody. If a commercial evaluation expires, your local database files remain permanently accessible on your hardware for read-only audits and complete CSV/PDF export.
