Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Techken Technologies ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our desktop applications, mobile apps, web portals, server APIs, and enterprise software systems, including OxynEMR, CoynLedger, Streetil, Coyn, and Payirvy. By downloading, compiling, installing, or executing our software, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
- 1. Non-Diagnostic Administrative Aid: While OxynEMR features automated Clinical AI safety interceptors, Drug-Drug Interaction (DDI) collision alerts, duplicate therapy warnings, and ICD-10 diagnostic suggestions, these capabilities are provided strictly as assistive clinical decision support aids.
- 2. Sole Professional Responsibility: Licensed medical practitioners retain sole prescriptive and diagnostic legal responsibility. Practitioners must independently verify drug dosages, patient allergies, contraindications, and clinical indications prior to dispensing or administering any therapy.
- 3. Emergency Care Protocols: In acute life-threatening emergencies, clinical staff must not delay resuscitation waiting for software inputs. The emergency "break-glass" override must be exercised responsibly with mandatory post-incident audit documentation.
- 1. Double-Entry Invariance: CoynLedger enforces immutable double-entry bookkeeping rules where every ledger entry requires balancing debits and credits. Reversals must be executed as contra entries; hard deletions of posted financial transactions are cryptographically disallowed for audit compliance.
- 2. Statutory Taxpayer Responsibility: While CoynLedger computes Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST: CGST, SGST, IGST) and outputs GSTR-1, GSTR-3B JSON exports, the registered business entity and its Chartered Accountant (CA) bear exclusive legal responsibility for the accuracy and timely filing of tax returns with government portals (GSTN / NIC).
- 3. Embedded Scripting & Plugin Sandboxing: User-installed custom scripts run within an isolated local sandbox. The licensee assumes responsibility for verifying logic in third-party scripts prior to executing them against production local databases.
- 1. Merchant Catalog & Pricing Integrity: Store owners and vendors on Streetil Business are solely responsible for updating product availability, accurate MRP/selling prices, rental terms, and service appointment slots.
- 2. Zero-Commission UPI Pass-Through: Techken does not hold customer funds in escrow. All customer payments flow directly via UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM) to the merchant's registered VPA/bank account with 0% platform transaction fees.
- 3. Fulfillment & Quality Disclaimers: Product quality, expiry dates, delivery timeliness, and return requests are strictly the responsibility of the fulfilling merchant.
- 1. Informational Aid Only: Coyn's AI models (EMA forecasting, OLS burn rate, safe-to-spend limits) provide mathematical estimations based on past bank SMS entries. These do not constitute SEBI-registered financial or investment advice.
- 2. Local Storage Custody: Your financial data resides in your phone's internal private storage. You are encouraged to maintain periodic backups when replacing your mobile device.
- 1. Practice Aid Disclaimer: Payirvy's mock tests, AI telemetry, and predictive percentiles are designed strictly as self-assessment study aids. Techken makes no warranty regarding actual admission, cutoff ranks, or performance in official examinations (NEET, JEE, UPSC, State Boards).
- 2. Question Bank Copyright & Anti-Piracy: All curated mock questions, explanatory solutions, and multimedia materials are proprietary. Reproduction, scraping, or commercial resale of question banks is strictly prohibited.
1. Intellectual Property & Software Grants
All proprietary source code, software libraries, compiled binaries, database designs, local predictive model weights, user interface designs, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Techken Technologies.
- Offline Standalone Licenses: Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual right to run the compiled binaries on designated on-premise hardware machines.
- Cloud & Hybrid Subscriptions: Granted on an active subscription term (Monthly or Annual) per registered business entity, clinic, or enterprise seat tier.
- Restrictions: Reverse engineering, decompiling, sublicensing, or distributing unauthorized cracked copies is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under Indian and international intellectual property statutes.
2. User Accounts, Authentication & Access Security
Organizations and students must provision individual accounts strictly for authorized medical, accounting, educational, and administrative staff:
- Sharing accountant, doctor, student, or billing login credentials or PIN codes is strictly prohibited.
- Workstations must utilize automated biometric or PIN lock screens when left unattended.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) privileges must be enforced according to clinical and administrative roles.
3. Service Availability & Maintenance
For cloud-connected tiers, Techken Technologies targets 99.9% availability for API synchronization clusters. Offline Standalone deployments for OxynEMR, CoynLedger, Coyn, and Payirvy operate locally on your hardware. Scheduled cloud maintenance windows are notified in advance.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techken Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of clinical records, loss of business revenue, tax penalties, or academic test outcomes. In any scenario, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the licensee in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, actions, or proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pondicherry, India.
