MARKETPLACE INTERMEDIARY — NO DIRECT FULFILLMENT
Streetil does not handle or process any form of delivery, whether physical (shipping) or electronic.
This platform is strictly used to connect customers with third-party merchants. All fulfillment, delivery arrangements, and timelines are managed by the merchant.
Merchant Fulfillment
The seller is solely responsible for delivery.
- Merchants determine the shipping methods, timelines, and logistics.
- Applies to both physical and electronic goods.
- Tracking, delivery or delays must be resolved with the seller.
Payment Processing
Handled directly by merchant or payment providers.
Transactions and transfers occur between the buyer and merchant. Streetil does not hold or distribute customer funds.
Platform Services (Merchants Only)
Streetil provides listing and promotional space.
Subscription fees apply only to merchants listing products or services and are not delivery or fulfillment related.
Dispute Resolution
First point of contact: the merchant.
Issues related to product, delivery, non-receipt, or refunds must be handled with the seller. Streetil may support reporting unresolved issues, but does not issue refunds.
