B. Information Collected from Merchants

We collect the following information when a Merchant registers and operates on the Platform:

2. Financial Information: Bank account details or other payment processing information required for disbursement of sales proceeds.

3. Profile Content: Listing details, pricing, product descriptions, images, and Merchant-specific refund/cancellation policies.

1. Facilitating Transactions: To process your orders, connect you with the relevant Merchant, and enable the Merchant to fulfill your purchase, service, or rental request.

2. Platform Operation: To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform, including debugging, analytics, and personalization.

3. Communication: To send you transaction confirmations, service updates, and marketing communications (where consent is provided).

4. Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect our users, the Platform, and to comply with legal obligations.

With Merchants: For Customer orders, we share necessary personal and contact information (Name, Phone, Delivery Address, Order Details) with the Merchant to allow them to complete the fulfillment and delivery.
